WASHINGTON HEIGHTS, NY — A Washington Heights man who died after cops found him hurt outside his home in January was murdered, police said this week.

Gary Christmas, 58, was found outside his home at 55 West 159th St. the afternoon of Jan. 13 complaining about pain in his torso, police said. Emergency responders rushed Christmas to the hospital, where he died from his injuries a few days later.

Police have deemed his death a homicide two months later, according to a release sent out Thursday.

There are no arrests and the investigation remains ongoing, police said.
