Woman's Body Recovered from Harlem River: Police
A woman's body was recovered from the Harlem River within the confines of the 34th Precinct — which covers Washington Heights and Inwood.

WASHINGTON HEIGHTS-INWOOD, NY — An NYPD Harbor Unit recovered a woman's body Saturday night from the Bronx side of the Harlem River, police told Patch.
The woman was recovered near 225th Street and Adrian Avenue around 11:45 p.m. and transported to Peter Jay Sharp Boat House where she was pronounced dead on arrival, police said. Police have not yet released her name.
The medical examiner's officer will conduct an investigation to determine the woman's cause of death, police said.
