Education Commissioner, John King, coming to Eastport to Talk "Common Core"
New York State education commissioner John King's office will host a forum in Manorville on Tuesday, November 26 from 6 to 8 p.m. to talk with county residents about the Common Core State Standards Initiative as well as state testing.
New York State Department of Education is hosting four forums on Common Core State Standards and state testing. The forum will be held in the Eastport South Manor High School auditorium and will be open to the public on a first come, first serve basis.
