East End Arts to Host 19th Annual Community Mosaic Street Painting Festival
The event will take place on Sunday.

East End Arts will be hosting their 19th Annual Community Mosaic Street Painting Festival this Sunday, May 24.
The event will take place from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. in downtown Riverhead.
Admission to the festival is free.

The annual festival will feature:
- Street painting on Main Street;
- Fine arts and crafts fair of local artists and artisan vendors;
- Live music and performances on the Riverhead Town Show Mobile, hosted by songwriter and performing artist Sheree M.C. Elder;
- East End Arts ever-popular Drum Circle;
- Food trucks, including Beach Treats Ice Cream and Gelato, Crabman Crabcakes, J&L’s Chicken Fish and Ribs, and Sticky Waffles;
- Arts and crafts activities for children as well as dance and music activities for the whole family;
- Life-sized board games on the lawn;
- And more.
All activities take place in downtown Riverhead on East Main Street, between Roanoke Avenue and East Avenue, and on the grounds of East End Arts located on 133 and 141 East Main Street.

Live musical and performing acts on the Riverhead Town Show Mobile stage include:
· The Tewa Marimba Ensemble from Bridgehampton High School
· MadeyRey, performing artist
· Mixed Company, band duo
· Blue Spruce Cloggers
· Fem Fire Belly Dancers
· Teeny Award-Nominated Musical Selections and Scenes from Local High School Productions
· Ryan and Sam Mancini, East End Arts student performing artists brothers
· Prizes and more.
This event draws over 5,000 local residents and tourists to downtown Riverhead for a Memorial Day Weekend tradition where families and friends, artists, musicians, and art lovers enjoy the creative spirit together.
