Snow Likely During Thursday Morning Commute

Another cold front to bring another dose of snow.

Much of Long Island could see 1-2 inches of snow hit the ground on Thursday, according to the latest forecast from the National Weather Service.

“Snow will likely be occurring during the Thursday morning rush and such a light coating of snow on any untreated roads will create very slippery conditions,” the NWS says in a hazardous weather outlook issued for the region.
