Rita is a torti cat found in East Moriches trying to get inside someone’s house. She was probably abandoned by her owner, something that happens way too often. Rita is a young (2-4 years old) torti female. She was already spayed when found but not collar and no microchip. We tested and vaccinated her and now she needs a home. She seems sad and confused. She is sweet, loves to be petted, and will climb into any available lap! Rita is very mellow and calm. She seems content to have a warm bed to sleep in. Rita needs to find a new home now.
