After the Article in Newsday appeared on the front page about the ongoing Shock Ice Cream Cone Case and the outrageous waste of taxpayers money, CBS, Fox, News 12 Channel 10 & Channel 55 all picked up on the story. The day after Shock Ice Cream appeared on Channel 2 I received a call from CBS where I was invited to appear on a Sunday Morning show hosted by Reporter Richard Rose . So off to the city I went along with my Attorney Guy Parisi we had a 10 minute segment where we discussed the case.
The now famous Shock Ice Cream Cone Case in Westhampton Beach was featured on Channel 10/55 Sunday Morning a couple of weeks ago.

Village Taxpayers of Westhampton Beach should see how this is ridiculous and a waste of our money. Over 18,000 is a lot of money to spend to appeal a case .
At a rate of 190.00 an hour should the village have been billed almost 100 hours to appeal an Ice Cream Cone. The village has paid out over 18,000 so far ,how much is to much. This is certainly the Most Expensive Ice Cream Cone in the Hamptons. Someone is making money on this case. When is enough enough and why is this necessary ?
