We are currently in a sort of odd cycle, not a huge amount of movement. The planets are in degree’s and signs that are not pulling together.  BUT the ones that are creating energy are creating a lot of it. We have entered a cycle where Jupiter has pulled into a T square with Uranus and Pluto, this is an energy of tension.  Pluto and Jupiter in any aspect tend to overdue, when we include the planet Uranus will any sort of excess can rear its head.  Add to this the fact Venus has entered Libra and within a few days will pull this T square into a Grand Square.  What this all means in English is all of us need to be aware of the fact a lot of tension is all around us and it can express itself in many ways.  We need to be observant of self, what our actions and thoughts so we don’t add to this unstable energy.  But we also want to keep in mind that tension is not always a negative thing I have always believed we can take something one person thinks is negative and use it to make positive changes.  Tensions bring to light what is not working what need repair, attention or maybe removal from our life.  This energy will be in effect for a few weeks all Cardinal signs will be again affected but especially those with planets between 9-12 degrees.

On Tuesday we have our Full Moon for this month, Full Moon’s are all about letting go in the signs of Leo and Aquarius, the polarity of the ability to give and receive love it can highlight issues of love or lack of love.  For most of us its easier to give love than it is to receive it, so this is a great Full Moon for releasing any negative feelings we have about ourselves.  This Full Moon will occur at 9:45 PM EST.  When we let go of negativity about ourselves we automatically allow love in. 

Thursday evening at 7:02PM EST the Sun will enter the sign of Virgo the first thing the Sun will do is oppose the planet Neptune bringing us a time of confusion a time of just not getting information in a coherent way, so it may be a good idea not to make major decisions during this time frame which will last from 8/22 until 8/30. On August 23 Mercury joins the Sun in Virgo only enhancing this energy of confusion.  It is a great time to use your imagination and creativity. 

We end this week with Venus opposing Pluto, this can be a very intense energy for love and romance or it can just be a lusting after someone, make sure you understand which of these energies you are reacting to.  Venus also has rulership over money and finances so don’t be surprised if we find out about some sort of scandal that involves sex and or money.
