I am sure everyone is happy the time of Taurus has finally arrived, last week was intense the sign Aries and the planet Mars sure made themselves visible. The Sun, Venus and Mars are all now in the sign of Taurus, the in your face energy of Mars has been tamed so we will see more calmness, but since the planets Mercury and Uranus are still in the sign of Aries and conjunct one another, we feel anxiety and nervousness. Since the Sun Mars conjunction is now in Taurus we may see the focus go back to financial matters, we may worry about money personally, in general and on the world stage. We may be feeling a lack since the Taurus planets will be opposing Saturn, the reality is this is a great time to make plans and build a firm financial foundation. Midweek Venus moves into a trine with Pluto, the great news about this is even though we have financial worries, solutions are all over, if we look at our circumstance we will find a way to fix it for the better. You may also find yourself feeling more confident. The Earth signs Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn could have some great financial luck this week. On Wed we see a beautiful sextile between the Sun and Neptune, this is a time of opening to our spiritual nature, of looking within and finding out what is good about “me” and using that to make your life better, this most affects the earth and water signs, Taurus, Cancer, Virgo, Scorpio, Capricorn and Pisces. The biggest event of the week, and quite frankly the year, is the Full Moon In Taurus and Scorpio on April 25th at 3:58 PM. The Full Moon in Taurus each year is called the Wesak Moon and it honor’s the Buddha, his influence can be felt on earth and he is here to help us find peace and happiness in our lives. Full Moon’s are always about letting go, in Taurus you can look at what habit are you stuck in the prevents you from moving forward. The sign Taurus represents where in our lives we can be stubborn and not really want to change, we hang onto things that are no longer necessary, it can be a feeling, a thing, a person, a way of behaving. If we let go we can move forward if we don’t we get stuck in a rut. So this Full Moon is all about letting go of habits or patterns that keep us in our comfort zone and pull us back from moving forward in life. Since we are celebrating the Wesak it’s a time to ask the Buddha to help us, ask him to hold your hand while you make your resolution to let go of anything that no longer helps you in life, it may feel comfortable but it holds you back. Buddha can help you learn about non attachment. For more info on this celebrate and how to use it follow this link http://www.souledout.org/festivals/celebrationoflight2.html
