This week is one of the busiest we have had in a long time from an Astrological perspective.  We start with the Full Moon I Capricorn, Sun in Cancer on June 23 rd at 7:33 AM.  This Full Moon will be a special sight as the Moon is in its perigee position or closer to earth than normal or the closest it will be to earth this year. This gives us a beautiful sight as the Moon will loom large and full.  The Full Moon is the time of month when we let go of unneeded emotional baggage that holds us back.  Cancer and Capricorn are all about the need for both emotional and financial security as well as holding the challenge of the balance between family and work. This is the time to look and find the balance you need for a fulfilled family, emotional and secure life.

When the Sun entered Cancer it start right away to form a grand trine with the planets Saturn and Neptune, this is a wonderful energy especially if you have early degree Cardinal signs, Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn in your chart, you are getting the gift of emotional security at this point in time, you have the opportunity to build that foundation you need. The Sun is almost immediately followed by the planet Jupiter joining it in Cancer on Wednesday.  Jupiter loves being in Cancer and joins the grand trine made with the Sun, Saturn and Neptune, Jupiter will stay in this trine with these planets most of the summer.  Wonderful energy for feeling good, it’s a time to expand our lives and live in love and hope instead of fear. The beginning of this Jupiter energy is something we need to take advantage of while we have it, the water signs in particular, Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces ,  in the early degree’s will have things just work for them.  Its also somewhat lucky where Jupiter is in your chart is where you will find you have major success.  If you have a Cancer Ascendant watch that waist line Jupiter loves to expand and the Ascendant represents your physical body.

The same day Jupiter brings us all this good feeling energy, the planet Mercury goes retrograde in the sign of Cancer and he will stay that way until July 20th.  So we need to walk the line of joy and optimism tinged with an understanding that this is a time of miscommunications, so don’t promise more than you can deliver and take promises made with a grain of salt.  Some one or something you feel great about right now may not feel so great in a few weeks.  Double check all your mailings and make sure your car is running well. The family fun we have in the summer can be disrupted by a total lack of communication or misunderstanding so make sure everyone is on the same page to avoid negativity of any type. 

Venus enters the sign Leo on Thursday so all you Leo’s out their be prepared to shine shine shine.
