Westhampton Beach Odyssey of the Mind Members Take Top Prize at Competition
Two teams took home first and third place awards.
Using their creativity, problem-solving and acting skills, Westhampton Beach Elementary School Odyssey of the Mind team members took home first and third place awards following a Region 2 competition, held earlier this month.
During the competition, the two Westhampton Beach teams offered solutions to long-term problems created by competition organizers.
For the Pandora’s Box problem, in which Westhampton Beach took third place, students were required to put a video game spin on the story of Pandora’s Box.
