Working out OUTDOORS is GREAT, though, you have to make sure that you take the proper precautions about it. If it's a summer day like today drink plenty water before, during and after the workout, if you feel thirsty, that's a sign of your body telling you... "I need more fluids..."
Avoid the roasted chicken look... Wear sunscreen...
Shades are so COOL, "I wear my sunglasses at night..." protect your eyes from the sun.
and last thing... use light color clothes... dark colors will absorb the heat and it will make even HOTTER and not in the good way. Wink Wink, remember something "YOU ARE ALREADY H.O.T." You don't need more heat, wink wink...
When the rain comes, will talk about it. Now enjoy the summer.
