Nurse From North Babylon Photographed Teen's Genitals in ER: Police
The incident occurred last week at Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center, police say.

WEST ISLIP, NY - A 35-year-old nurse at Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center is accused of taking photos of a teen's genitals in the hospital's emergency room last week, police said.
Nicholas Petrella, of North Babylon, was arrested on Thursday and charged with second degree unlawful surveillance.
According to police, an employee at Good Samaritan observed Petrella take photographs of the "intimate parts" of a 17-year-old female emergency room patient on May 20.

Police said the employee reported the incident to a supervisor, who then reported the incident to police.
Petrella is scheduled for arraignment at First District Court in Central Islip on Friday. The investigation is continuing and anyone with information about Petrella is asked to call Third Squad detectives at 631-854-8352.
