North White Plains Complex Set for Groundbreaking at 20 Haarlem and 27 Holland Avenue in White Plains, Westchester County (newyorkyimby.com) — A major $178 million housing complex is about to break ground next to the North White Plains Metro-North station, bringing 296 apartments, ground-floor retail, a large garage, and a new public park to White Plains. Thirty percent of the units will be income-restricted, and the project is the first funded through New York State's new Housing Acceleration Fund, with construction expected to start imminently.

Burke Rehab Opens New CT Scanner Suite for Patients (ccr-mag.com) — Patients in White Plains now have access to a new on-site CT scanner suite at Burke Rehabilitation Hospital, designed to speed diagnosis and treatment without leaving the rehab setting. Backed by $1 million in state funding, the 128-slice scanner will serve hundreds of inpatients and up to 5,000 outpatient imaging appointments a year, improving convenience and potentially lifesaving response times for local families.
