The lawsuit, filed in Westchester Supreme Court, seeks repairs, compensation, and a halt to construction until a new access agreement is reached.

Registered Sex Offender Charged With Sexual Exploitations Of Children And Receipt And Distribution Of Child Pornography (blogspot.com) — Federal prosecutors have charged a registered sex offender with new counts of sexually exploiting minors and distributing child pornography, with the case proceeding in White Plains federal court. Investigators say a hidden smartphone revealed explicit images and social media contact with teens, and authorities are asking anyone with information or potential victimization to contact the FBI.

Battle of White Plains Virtual Lecture (newyorkalmanack.com) — A free virtual lecture will revisit the Revolutionary War's Battle of White Plains, highlighting how Washington used Westchester's terrain to outmaneuver British forces.
