Child Hit By Vehicle In Williamsburg Street, Police Say
A 12-year-old girl was hit by a vehicle at the intersection of Wythe Avenue and Rutledge Street, police said.

WILLIAMSBURG, BROOKLYN — A 12-year-old girl was struck by a vehicle Thursday just blocks from where a woman was hit earlier that day, police said.
The 12-year-old was hit at the intersection of Wythe Avenue and Rutledge Street around 3:10 p.m. Thursday, police said.
She was taken to Bellevue Hospital by private means and the driver remained at the scene, police said.

Earlier Thursday, a 73-year-old woman was hit crossing the street at Bedford Avenue and Wallabout Street, just two blocks away.
