Affordable Units Available at Trilogy Lofts in Yonkers

Housing Action Council is pleased to announce the availability of 10 new fair and affordable apartments for rent at Trilogy Lofts, located at 21 Scarsdale Road, Yonkers, NY 10707.

The affordable units include one 2-bedroom unit, four 1-bedroom units, three studios, and two studios with alcove. The units are available to households at a range of income targets between 40% and 100% of the Area Median Income (AMI) for Westchester County. Tenants will pay rent based on 30% of their gross household income. A detailed breakdown is available on our website and flyer. The units will be available by lottery. The application deadline is July 13, 2026 and the lottery will be conducted July 17, 2026.
The development is conveniently located in eastern Yonkers at the intersection of Scarsdale Avenue and Yonkers Avenue, on the border of the Village of Tuckahoe. Public transportation includes Metro-North Railroad Harlem Line service to Grand Central Terminal and Bee-Line Bus System service. The building is close to retail stores and restaurants and located within the Yonkers City School District. The City of Yonkers offers a wide variety of activities, events, and parks.
