1-Car Crash on I-287 Leads to DWI for Mohegan Lake Man
The crash occurred at about 11:40PM Tuesday. The driver was not seriously injured, police said.
At 11:40 p.m. July 28, State Police responded to a 1-vehicle accident on I-287.
Police said they found the driver, Gavin Kim, 48 of Mohegan Lake, NY to be intoxicated.
Kim was transported by an ambulance to Westchester Medical Center to be evaluated, and deemed to have no serious injuries. He submitted to a blood draw to determine the alcohol content of his blood. Kim was charged with:

Kim was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of White Plains Court on Aug. 12 and turned over to care of hospital personnel, police said.
