Have you found yourself at the farmers market, or with your farm share, looking for some inspiration? Fear not, Chef Maria Reina, Executive Chef and Owner of Bella Cucina Maria will give you tips on how to select, store and prepare your market produce. Join Melissa Berardis for a Wildtree freezer meal workshop. You’ll prepare 10-20 meals in 90 minutes and take them home to share with your family! Fee $79 for the class which includes all the spices and mixes plus leftover products to make even more at home! You will receive a list of additional items to purchase like needed proteins, veggies and other staple to make the meals. Registration is required.
