Cops: Man Stole Phone, Threatened Ex Who Reported It
A Yorktown resident fought with his ex-girlfriend, police said.

A Yorktown man faces petty larceny and aggravated harassment charges after a domestic dispute.
Police said Frank C. Guida, Jr. stole his ex-girlfriend’s cell phone. Then, when she reported it stolen, he threatened her, police allege.
The 53-year-old Blaney Road resident was sent to Westchester County Jail with bail set at $2,500. He is due in Yorktown town court Dec. 10.
