Don't Miss: Professional Soccer in Cross River Aug. 23, for a Good Cause
Katonah-Lewisboro Special Ed gets the match of a lifetime. You should be there.
An exciting match between two professional soccer teams—The New England Force and Atlanta Silverbacks—will entertain fans and locals while raising funds for the Katonah-Lewisboro Special Education PTA (SEPTA) on Saturday, August 23, 2014.
Doors will open at 5:15 p.m. for the 6 p.m. matchup between the two teams at John Jay High School (60 North Salem Road) in Cross River.
“This game will have fans in the stands from the local community and beyond,” said Katonah-Lewisboro SEPTA Co-President Rebecca Bourla. “To have an opportunity to raise awareness of SEPTA in our district with such a high profile game is tremendously exciting.”
Israeli women’s national team star Diane Redman Bar Oz will be holding free clinics before the start of the game and at halftime.
The New England Force is based out of Stamford, CT. The Atlanta Silverbacks travel to Cross River from Atlanta, GA.
Tickets to the match are $15 and can be purchased in advance online at www.eventbrite.com.
