Erratic Vehicle Operation Leads To DWI Charge For Mahopac Woman
Police said the woman was seen driving over lane markings and on the shoulder of the road.

YORKTOWN, NY — Police arrested a Mahopac woman early Saturday morning who they said was driving drunk.
Police said Nicole L. Gojcevic, 23, of Mahopac, was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more, misdemeanors.
She was also charged with failing to maintain her lane and failing to keep right, traffic infractions.

Police were on patrol around 2:45 a.m. May 4 on Route 6 when a car was seen crossing over lane markings and driving on the shoulder.
Gojcevic was stopped by police and it was determined she was intoxicated.

She was arrested and taken to Yorktown Police Department for processing.
Gojcevic was released on her own recognizance to a responsible party and is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Justice Court March 14.
