Florida Man Arrested For Unlicensed Driving In Yorktown: Police
Police said the man also had unexpired licenses from two different jurisdictions.

YORKTOWN, NY — A Florida man was arrested in Yorktown after failing to stop at a stop sign.
Police said Damien C. Luna, 21, of Tampa, FL allegedly didn’t stop at a stop sign on Curry Street around 8:15 p.m. March 23.
A Yorktown police officer pulled him over, and a computer check at the scene found that Luna’s New York driver’s license was allegedly suspended for failure to answer a summons on two different dates.

Police said it was also found that he held two unexpired licenses from different jurisdictions.
Luna was arrested at the scene and taken to police headquarters.

He was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and disobey a stop sign and holding two unexpired licenses from different jurisdictions, traffic infractions.
After processing, Luna was released $100 bail.
He is next scheduled to appear in Yorktown Justice Court April 25.
