Home Depot Hiring For Busy Spring Season
The home improvement king simplified its application. Find a Home Depot near Yorktown and Somers.
YORKTOWN, NY — The Home Depot's hiring in a big way. The home improvement giant is trying to fill some positions in stores and distribution centers across the country — including near Yorktown and Somers — for its busy spring season.
To attract more applicants and streamline the process, the company said in a press release that it has sped up its online application process by as much as 80 percent. The application process reportedly takes about 15 minutes to complete on any device.
"We want everyone to have an easy and convenient experience with The Home Depot, whether they're shopping with us or applying for a position," said Tim Crow, EVP of human resources, in a statement.

Opportunities are available at The Home Depot's nearly 2,000 stores and 75 distribution centers.
The positions include customer service and sales, lot associates, freight and receiving, store support and cashier positions. The company's Merchandising Execution Team is also hiring this spring.
