will be hosting a softball tournament in May.
The semifinals will be on May 4 with Hendrick Hudson playing New Rochelle at 4 p.m. and Yorktown going against Scarsdale at 6 p.m.

The consolation and championship games will be at 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. May 5.
Yorktown coach John McKenna explained why the Huskers decided to have a tournament this year.
"We wanted to give the kids something," McKenna said. "We have such a beautiful field, that why not take advantage of it and bring people here to see what we have as a facility and also eventually look to have the sectional finals here too."
Running
The Leatherman's Loop, which took place at the Ward Pound Reservation in Cross River April 22, had runners throughout the region competing in it, including seven Yorktown residents.
