Lowe's Site Plan OK'd By Yorktown Planning Board

The location will also include two restaurants and a bank.

YORKTOWN, NY — The Yorktown Planning Board approved a site plan at a meeting Monday for the construction of a Lowe’s, a bank and two restaurants at 3200 Crompond Rd.

A five-lot subdivision has yet to be approved, but the board went ahead and OK’d the site plan, wetlands and tree permits and a stormwater prevention plan, according to an article at tapinto.net.

Plans to build a Costco at that site were thwarted and eventually Costco pulled out of the proposal.
