The owners of the business said they can prove they are in compliance.

YORKTOWN, NY — Neighbors of a Gomer Street property in Yorktown are suing a business for allegedly creating a nuisance. Eight residents of Gomer Street, Linda Court and Smith Road filed a lawsuit against George and Francine Hirsch, who own G.A.H. Building Corp. at 3293 and 3311 Gomer St.
According to the lawsuit, the business creates dust, debris, flooding and noise, the Journal News said.
The owners said the complaints are false and that the company can prove it is in compliance.
