New Year's Eve Ball Drop
Inaugural ball drop to be held on the intersection of Commerce Street and Veterans Road
The Yorktown Chamber of Commerce in conjunction with the Town of Yorktown will be holding their inaugural New Year’s Eve Ball Drop on Thursday December 31st from 11:00pm-12:30am at the intersection of Commerce Street and Veterans Road.
A DJ will kick off The New Year’s Eve celebration with music beginning at 11:00pm. A countdown will announce the ball’s descent which will be greeted by a fireworks/pyrotechnic display at midnight. In addition local town officials will be sworn in on the main stage as they begin their terms. Come on out and be a part of a new tradition in the Yorktown community!
