NJ Man Accused Of DWI After Car Rollover
Police said three parked cars were also damaged.
YORKTOWN, NY — A New Jersey man was accused of drunken driving after a rolling over the car he was driving. Yorktown police said, around 3 a.m. Friday, an officer responded to a call about a vehicle rollover on Crompond Road in the area of the Bill Volz Westchester Chrysler Dodge Jeep lot.
The officer found a man standing next to the rolled over car. He was identified as the driver.
There were also three parked cars in the lot that had been damaged.

The investigation found that Gerson D. Miranda, 30, of Cliffside Park, New Jersey, was driving while drunk and without a driver's license, police said
He was arrested and taken to the Yorktown Police Department for processing, where police said he was found to have a blood alcohol content over 0.18 percent.

Miranda was charged with driving while intoxicated, first offense, aggravated driving while intoxicated per se with no prior convictions and operate a motor vehicle BAC 0.08 of 1 percent, first offense, misdemeanors, and unlicensed operator and failed to used designated lane, traffic infractions.
He was issued uniform traffic tickets and released on his own recognizance.
Miranda is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Justice Court Feb. 6.
