Planning Board
May 19, 2014

A brief meeting with only three agenda items.  For a full summary of each item, visit ciyinfo.org.

1. Empire Hunan
The board reaffirmed its support for subdividing the building, but will require the applicant to submit a formal site plan that includes plans for upgrading the area facing Commerce Street.

2. Hudson Valley Islamic Center
Responding to complaints from a neighbor, the Center will lower some of its outdoor lighting poles. The board also wants to revisit the approved site plan and whether the area set aside for “overflow parking” should be more accurately designated as a recreation area.

3. Lake Osceola Realty (Hill Boulevard)
The board made additional suggestions regarding the size, style, and location of the proposed sign identifying the new building which will house the Mount Kisco Medical Group.
