Putnam Man Accused Of Stealing From Lowe's
Police said the man was found and arrested in the Putnam County Jail.
YORKTOWN, NY — A Putnam County man was accused of stealing from a home improvement store. Yorktown police said James F. Diterlizzi, 40, of Garrison, was charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor.
Police said, around 3 p.m April 3, an officer was sent to investigate a report of a past theft at Lowe's that happened March 29.
An investigation found that Diterlizzi went into the store and stole property valued at $259.49.

An arrest warrant was requested Nov. 21.
On Friday, a Yorktown police officer went to the Putnam County Jail and placed Diterlizzi under arrest. He then took him to the Yorktown Police Department for processing.

Diterlizzi was issued an appearance ticket and released on his own recognizance.
He is scheduled to appear in the Yorktown Justice Court Feb. 6.
