Latest Group of Endorsements Confirm Accelerating NYS Senate District 40 Campaign

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – A new group of four independent progressive grassroots and Democratic Party political groups based throughout Dutchess, Putnam and Westchester counties have endorsed Democratic candidate Robert Kesten in the New York State Senate District 40 race against Republican incumbent Terrence Murphy.

The new endorsements from Briarcliff Ossining Indivisible, Cortlandt Democratic Committee, Harmony Huddle of Pawling and Indivisible Yorktown NY, follow previous endorsements by the Beekman Democratic Committee, CCoHOPE Indivisible, CD17 Indivisible, the Democratic Club of North Salem and the Lewisboro Democratic Town Committee, as part of a growing group of activists committed to elect Kesten and help bring progressive change to the New York’s State Senate.

"I'm grateful for the enthusiastic support of our campaign by these progressive groups, “said Kesten. “A growing number of citizens across our region are moving beyond partisan politics and working together to challenge the special interests to proactively address SD 40’s challenges.”
