Rye Playland To Hold Job Fairs For 2018 Season

YORKTOWN, NY — Rye Playland will be holding two job fairs to find applicants for seasonal positions for 2018. Among the positions looking to be filled are for cashiers, ride operators, lifeguards, electricians, carpenters, painters, marketing interns, information technology, mechanics, park management, EMTs, plumbers and custodial.

The job fairs will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 13 and Saturday, March 10 at the Westchester County Center, 198 Central Ave. in White Plains.

There will be on-the-spot interviews for the first 300 people who attend.

If interested, bring your Social Security card, a valid photo ID and three references. Applicants ages 16 and 17 who plan to complete their application at the fair must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Eligible applicants who may wish to enroll in Westchester County payroll direct deposit must bring with them either a blank voided check or a bank-issued direct deposit set-up form that includes their routing and account numbers.
