Sober Living Facility, Special-Use Permit Revoked, Still Open
The town board had pulled the facility's permit, which meant the property reverted to single-family use.

YORKTOWN, NY — A sober living operation that had its special-use permit revoked by the Yorktown town board is still in operation at 482 Underhill Ave. Two health-care professionals said Release Recovery is open for business and clients are living there.
A town attorney said the property owned by Zachary Clark and Justin Gurland reverted back to single-family use when the permit was pulled, tapinto.net said.
