Storms to Sun: Yorktown's July Fourth Weekend Weather

Severe thunderstorms are possible in Somers Friday afternoon -- ushering in a period of low humidity for the next three days.

There's still a Hazardous Weather Outlook in place for Friday afternoon, but after that things are looking good.

"Low humidity across the Northeast will favor excellent conditions for any outdoor barbecues or fireworks shows," said AccuWeather.com Meteorologist Brett Rathbun.
