A good deal to begin with, student admission to The Schoolhouse Theater's production of the Tony-nominated comedy Luv by Murray Schisgal, just got a whole lot better.
For one night only, Friday, May 30, students who present school identification to the box office at The Schoolhouse Theater before t he 8 pm performance will be admitted for whatever they wish to pay, providing it is at least five dollars.
"This makes the price of admission to live, professional theater less than the cost of a movie," said Executive Director James Shearwood. "We are able to do it because other patrons generously support the theater more fully. Our hope is that lots of young people will come out to enjoy this wonderfully funny play and pay what they wish for a great evening of laughs."
