Presents SWISHING FOR A CURE-Relay for Life Fundraiser

Come see some of your teachers, staff and peers shooting foul shots for a cure!

(Please enter through the main entrance of the club)

Who is eligible?     

• All sponsored participants (students, siblings, children, parents, teachers, faculty and staff) ***FOR SPONSOR FORMS PLEASE VISIT www.yorktowntc.org and click on the “Relay” tab.
• Sponsors may come to watch too!
• Stop in anytime between the hours of 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm to shoot your foul shots.

How it works:

• Sponsors pledge $ amount per foul shot made up to 20 foul shots (flat donations can also be made)
• Pledge forms will be registered and collected prior to the participant making foul shots
• Participants will receive written validation for number of foul shots made
• The total number of baskets made, times the pledge per basket will equal the sponsor’s donation. (example: pledge $1 per basket x 8 foul shots completed = $8 donation)
• Participants will be responsible for collecting pledges from sponsors and return to sponsoring teams as directed below.                                      
• Prizes will be awarded for participants with the most baskets and who raise the most money. 
• First 50 participants will receive a Club Fit water bottle and guest pass.

Collected Donations: 

All pledges and donations should be returned to the sponsoring teams by Tuesday, May 28th. Cash is welcome. Please make checks payable to the American Cancer Society.
