Verplanck Man Accused of Running Red Light with a Revoked License
He also didn't have a required interlock device, Yorktown police allege.

Brian Porteus, 41, is due in Yorktown town court Aug. 25 to answer charges of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a vehicle without an interlock device, and passing a red light.
Officer Robert Pavletich said he saw a white Kia run a red light at the intersection of Route 6 and Sunnyside Street on July 20. Investigation revealed that his license, which had the interlock restriction on it, was revoked.
The Verplanck resident was released on $200 bail.
