Woodbury Common Premium Outlets Announces New Dining Choices for Shoppers
The iconic center opened a 51,000-square- foot Market Hall

The food offerings at the world-renowned Woodbury Common Premium Outlets took a giant leap forward with the opening of the 51,000-square- foot Market Hall at the iconic center. Visitors to Market Hall can now enjoy Chipotle Mexican Grill, Kung Pao Wok, Pret A Manger, Umi Teriyaki, Cinnabon, South Philly Steaks & Fries, Tony + Benny’s and McDonald’s. Those eateries will soon be joined by Pinkberry, Melt Shop and Just Salad, all of which will open later this year. Additionally, three new in-line food retailers will begin operating before the start of the busy holiday season -- Shake Shack; Le Pain Quotidien and Yo! Sushi.
“We responded to our shoppers’ demands for a more diverse and higher quality dining experience with healthier options,” said Stephen Yalof, Chief Executive Officer of Premium Outlets and Senior Executive Vice President of Simon. “The new Market Hall was constructed to provide the 13 million people who visit Woodbury Common Premium Outlets each year with more food choices and other modern amenities, ultimately adding comfort and convenience to their shopping experience.”
Part of a multimillion-dollar, three-phase property renovation, the new Market Hall will accommodate seating for more than 900 patrons, increasing capacity by more than 60 percent. Visitors will be provided with complimentary Wi-Fi; cell phone charging stations; an expanded nursing area; and family restrooms. The men’s and women’s restrooms will be modern in design and equipped with energy-saving fixtures.

“The new modern dining destination will offer shoppers a comfortable place to escape the heat in the summer and cold in the winter, while they get a bite to eat and recharge themselves,” added Mark Silvestri, Chief Operating Officer of Simon Premium Outlets. “Dozens of buses drop passengers off at the property’s Welcome Center each day and thousands of tour groups visit Woodbury Common Premium Outlets annually, many traveling from long distances, including other countries.
“With more dining choices, a renovated Welcome Center, a new three-level parking garage and other added amenities, visitors will benefit from more conveniences as they take advantage of the everyday savings of 25 to 65 percent offered by our 220 retailers,” Silvestri concluded.
