Freshman guard Jordan Moody (Yorktown '11) registered 3 points and a rebound in 12 minutes of play in SUNY-Plattsburgh's 75-60 loss at SUNY-Cortland Feb. 21.

Sabella Makes Quarters

Steven Sabella made it to the quarterfinals of the 170-pound bracket of the state Division 1 wrestling tournament at the Albany Times Union Center. Sabella fell to Plainedge's Dan Spurgeon by pin in 2:51 Feb. 24.

Sabella's teammate, David Varian, also competed in the tournament, participating in its 285-pound bracket.

College Baseball

Brendan Hourihan (Lakeland '08) is a senior pitcher for SUNY-Cortland.

SUNY-Cortland's (0-3) next game is against Penn State Altoona at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, March 3 in Winter Haven, Fla.
