All-Section Wrestling

Plenty of Yorktown wrestlers enjoyed great seasons on the mat and were rewarded for them with all-section honors.

They were the following: Jimmy Kaishian (120 pounds), Joe Mastro (145), Steven Sabella (170), Thomas Murray (182) and David Varian (285).

Girls Youth Hoops

No. 2 Yorktown Mohansic won the seventh grade B Super League playoff championship at the Brewster Sports Center with a 26-16 triumph against No. 1 Mount Pleasant in the title game March 5.

American Legion Baseball

The American Legion is looking for a few players to join their 19U, 17U and 15U travel baseball teams.  Candidates must be dedicated to the team and possess exceptional baseball skills.  For more information please contact Sonny Graci at seniorbaseball@shruboakac.org.
