Boys soccer: Lakeland Beats Pelham

Lakeland defeated visiting Pelham 1-0 in the Section 1 Class A semifinals on Nov. 3. Gonzalo Prando scored the only goal of the game with Timmy O'Driscoll assisting.
Coach Tim Hourahan's No. 7 Hornets will now play at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Purchase College against No. 1 Port Chester in the championship game. It's the first title game appearance for the Hornets since 2007.
