Yorktown won at host Hendrick Hudson 5-1 on Oct. 25. Kara Starkey and Nicole Quigley led the Huskers with two goals apiece, while teammate Erika Rothman contributed a goal.
The Huskers, along with Lakeland, which has won the last two Class B state titles, will now await their seeding for the Section 1 tournament, which will be determined today.

The out-bracket games are Thursday and the opening-round games will be played on Friday.
On Monday, Lakeland concluded its regular-season with a 8-0 win against visiting Panas. Hornet scoring-machine and University of Michigan-bound Shannon Scavelli, became the school's all-time leading scorer in the game. Want to read more about the game? Click here to see a story from LoHud.
Volleyball
Yorktown defeated host Pawling 3-0 (25-14, 25-20, 25-15). Sam Strebel led the Huskers with 15 assists and Kristen Sweeney paced Yorktown with 10 kills.
