On Oct. 28, Yorktown defeated visiting Mahopac 3-1 in the Class AA tournament and host Lakeland defeated Keio 2-1 in the Class A tournament. Both games were first-round affairs.

Field hockey
Host Yorktown lost to Fox Lane in penalty strokes in the opening round of the Section 1 Class A tournament. The game was tied at 0-0 through overtime on Oct. 28.
Football
Yorktown defeated visiting Mamaroneck 42-35 in a non-playoff game on Sat., Oct. 29.
Girls soccer
Yorktown lost to host Clarkstown South 8-0 in the opening round of the Section 1 Class AA tournament.
Volleyball
Visiting Yorktown won at Riverside 3-0 (25-17, 25-9, 25-19) in the opening round of the Section 1 Class A tournament on Oct. 28.
