The Yorktown Lions' Club recently provided the Yorktown Ambulance Corps with a grant to purchase shelving for its supplies. The shelving, according to Yorktown Corps' captain Rick Davin, makes it easier to organize the supplies needed on the three ambulances.

Each year the Yorktown Lions provide grants to local organizations, such as the Yorktown Ambulance Corps. The Lions return 100% of its fund raising to community organizations.
