Yorktown Man Faces Felony DWI Charge
Police allege he was unconscious behind the wheel on Route 118.
Viktor Curanovic of 106 Stonewall Court, Yorktown, is charged with felony driving while intoxicated, obstructing traffic at an intersection, inadequate tail lamp, obstructed view, and parking on highway.
The handful of charges are the result of an incident Nov. 7 when Yorktown police received a report about an unconscious motorist on Route 118 at Underhill Avenue.
Curanovic has a previous DWI conviction in the past 10 years, police said.

He was released on $100 bail and is due back in town court Nov. 24.
