  1. A man was found dead on Friday afternoon in a car at Eastway Elementary School. The body was identified as Karlos Evan Andrews, who is wanted in the murder of Loren Javell Ransome in Virginia. Police believe the incident to be a suicide, and say it didn't impact student safety. (WRAL)
  2. A Durham resident has been dealing with six months of undesired visitors. Latoria Dowdy has been renting from MainStreet Renewal, and has a lease proving tenancy. Since March it has been listed on the MLS for rent. After reaching out to troubleshooter Diane Wilson, they were able to get in touch with the corporate office and get the listing taken down. This incident is not believed to be a scam. (abc11)

University officials said that masks will be recommended in semi-public residential spaces such as common rooms and laundry rooms. They have also dropped the 50-person limit for student organization gatherings and private parties, as long as they met protocols. (WRAL)
  4. Durham police are looking into a shooting incident they believe is connected to road rage in Durham on Saturday.
