- The collard patch in Durham has been serving the community for over a decade, and the man who started it all, Allen Powell, passed away last year. Now his son, John Powell is carrying on the legacy with about 4,000 collards planted this fall. (WRAL)
- WakeMed Milk Bank is seeking donations as premature births are increasing. The WakeMed Milk Bank provides 250,000 oz. of donated breast milk to 44 NICUs in 8 states, and the babies depend on antibodies that breastmilk provides to protect them. (abc11)
- The City of Durham is seeking a new partner for the redevelopment of former Police Department HQ , 505 West Chapel Hill St. (Bull City Today)
- The North Carolina voter ID law will be heading to the Supreme Court after a Wake County court ruled the bill unconstitutional. (Carolina Journal)
- Experts are warning that this holiday season is going to be more expensive than years past. Prices on food, travel, presents, and more are continuing to rise as supply chain hiccups and inflation continue. (abc11)
