Here is a quick guide to the Art-centric events happening tonight:

Arts Council, 301 Hay St.: Opening of The Healing Arts, sponsored by Cape Fear Valley Health Systems, from 7 to 9 p.m.

Cape Fear Studios, 148 Maxwell St.: Opening of The Dance of Art and India, featuring visual art from private collections in the Fayetteville area that reveals how the classical Indian dance form and the classical Indian arts are unified and interwoven. The exhibition is open from 6 to 9 p.m. on May 25 and runs through June 26.

City Center Gallery & Books, 112 Hay St.: Enjoy guitarist Adam Joyner, a Fayetteville native and son of Bill Joyner, the lead guitarist for Joyner, Young, and Marie, from 7 to 9 p.m.

Cumberland County Headquarters Library, 300 Maiden Lane: Tap your feet while Second Time Around plays music from the Big Band era with artists such as Glenn Miller, Les Brown, Benny Goodman and more. Refreshments and music from 7 to 9 p.m.

Fascinate-U Children’s Museum, 116 Green St.:Admission is free and children are invited to show their creativity by making colorful macaroni jewelry from 7 to 9 p.m.

Fayetteville Area Convention & Visitor’s Bureau, 245 Person St.: Witness a bugle ceremony by Army Ground Forces Band trumpet player Army Sergeant Curran J. Schenck at the flag staff in front of the FACVB at 5:15 p.m., as a simultaneous show of solidarity with Fort Bragg.

Fayetteville Area Transportation Museum, 325 Franklin St.: See artifact-filled exhibits, including a model train room, that tell the story of transportation from pre-history through the early 20th century.

Gallery ONE13, 113 Gillespie St.: View theWonderful World of Dolls exhibition, featuring original handmade dolls, from 6 to 9 p.m. The exhibition runs through June 16.

Market House: Featuring an educational exhibit upstairs highlighting historic churches in Fayetteville from 6 to 10 p.m.

Be sure to catch John Malzone’s Cotton Exchange Express, weather permitting. The free train ride departs from the Cotton Exchange at 226 Donaldson St.
