The new location is owned by local Marine veteran Kenn Capper, and his wife, Army veteran Debbie Chiovitti-Capper. Kenn, a Marine Sergeant Major, served for 23 years in the Marines and was stationed in more than 20 countries. After his time in the military, he worked for 19 years helping mentor at-risk youth at a camp in Pennsylvania. Debbie served as a Second Lieutenant in the Army Reserves. The couple then decided to open their own business, one that would maintain military-style values and a family atmosphere.

“I’ve always wanted to be a business owner, and found that JDog was the perfect fit because of the professionalism, trustworthiness, and camaraderie,” said Kenn. “I love the family atmosphere and support within the company, and the opportunity to give back and become engrained in our community.
